The company has launched REMA 1.0 in March 2017 and has successfully acquired 10 clients with more than 300 users on board. In September 2017, the company has launched REMA 2.0 with 20 clients of more than one thousand users and more than 30 subscribers. This has shown the demand of the product in real estate market is highly acceptable and scalable in the global market.
The company is now at the stage of building more features in the system such as pre-sales booking system, customer relationship management and post-sales management system which will be explained as below in details.
Proppeco’s core activities include providing a comprehensive real estate management solution to the real estate companies and the public to ease the real estate transaction in a cost effective and productive way. With this system, it can assist the clients to capture their customer database, transactions in term of property type and price, tiers of agent commission system, ranking of agents, work flow where basically, it comprises of the entire sales submission process.
What sets Proppeco apart from its competitors is by creating new kinds of experience for their clients which made their administrative works to be more enjoyable, more secure and easier to manage during daily life. At the same time, the company strives to provide exceptional customer service by providing, fulfilling and accommodating every client’s need at their best effort that they could.

Entrepreneur journey is never been an easy path. During Proppeco’s incorporations, financial challenges is one of the major issues that every corporate will experience, especially in IT companies. Proppeco has experienced high overhead expenses while Michael and his team is inventing Proppeco’s first product – REMA.
REMA and Sofutto have obtained high attentions and demand from the real estate agencies and other industry players. Due to that, the supporting team and development team were no longer be sufficient to support and deliver clients requirements. Michael also faces the challenge of difficulty filling up vacancies in the company as the demand grows. At the same time, in order to get the ideal candidates to fulfill the company’s requirements, it is a very time consuming issue and this has directly creates burden to the human resource department.
Market acceptance of the product and services is one of the obstacles faced by the company as REMA a new product which was not existed in the market yet while launching. The main reason why the product was being reluctant to be subscribed by the real estate agency is due the lack of professional IT knowledge on cyber security, by all mean personal data privacy issue. Michael overcomes this issue by educating his customers on how REMA’s database and security is designed and worked. This includes of small group talks, industry talks, seminars, one-on-one sharing with market influencers & key opinion leaders, and media coverage in main publications in Chinese, English and Malay.

Michael has had extensive experience in the workforce. Even before graduating, he was working as a part-time IT manager, delivering on-site IT and AV technical support for 30 staff. He later progressed to become Managing Director of MFashn Sdn Bhd from Jan 2011 to Oct 2013. During these 4 years, he was able to complete the company restructure, boosted the company revenue by 300% and increased the annual net profit by 55%. In 2014, Michael moved on to start his own security company, M-Forces Security Sdn Bhd. The company was able to generate gross yearly sales from RM 50k to RM 2.4M in under 9 months. In a short span of 2 years, the company has grown to more than 100 staff who are equipped with the knowledge and skillset to serve residences, commercial complexes, construction sites and quarries. Michael is a believer in hard work, striving for success each time he starts something new, and ensures that the results are fruitful. He is somewhat of a serial entrepreneur, founding a few companies that he is passionate in. Among these are software development, software distributions, property holdings and management companies. His aspiration is to expand his businesses into ASEAN countries, as well as into the global market.
